We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Primary Care Physician to join our team at ChenMed. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in the older adult population.
Responsibilities
The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality medical care to our patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in the older adult population
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participating in risk and quality management programs, clinical meetings, and other meetings as required
Requirements
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty preferred
- Ability to obtain or already have a current, active State Medical License for the state(s) that are part of the Division in which he/she will be working
