Required Skills and Qualifications:
* MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
* A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice settings, with 1 year of ChenMed PCP experience preferred (ideally as PCP Partner).
* Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty is preferred, with Board Eligibility required.
