Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Center Clinical Director to join our team at ChenMed. In this role, you will oversee the performance management and training of Clinical Directors in your assigned market, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and maintaining an exceptional team culture.
This is a unique opportunity to balance direct patient care responsibilities with administrative duties, including mentoring staff and driving clinical initiatives. You will work closely with our Regional President to develop and implement strategies that enhance both patient and provider experiences.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical leadership, preferably within a managed care environment, and be able to inspire others with their kindness and joy.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and performance manage Clinical Directors within assigned market.
- Ensure successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings.
- Mentor and coach Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Cultivate a center-level physician culture that aligns with ChenMed's core model, core values & behaviors, and service standards.
Requirements
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required.
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Strongly prefer one (1) year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
