Job Description
The Senior Medical Director for Population Health will report directly to our Chief Medical Officer and will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing population health strategies to improve health outcomes and reduce costs
- Leveraging data analytics to inform clinical decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that support clinical excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in internal medicine or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership position
- Excellent clinical skills and a proven track record of improving health outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
