Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a dealership BDC Representative position
- Sales experience is a huge plus
- Motivated self starter
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Excellent grammar and email composition skills
- Computer skills are a must (Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Strong commitment to customer follow-up
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
As a BDC Representative, you will be assisting the Sales Department in achieving their sales
goals by:
- Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone and internet
- Identify customer needs
- Set appointments for customer visits
- Follow up with customers after their visit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
