Position Overview
The Case Resource and Project Specialist is responsible for supporting case management teams and ensuring that resources are effectively allocated across different projects. This role involves organizing, tracking, and assisting with the implementation of projects, while also providing support to case managers by ensuring necessary resources are available.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management Support:
- Assist case managers in the intake, assessment, and management of cases.
- Ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and documentation for each case are readily available.
- Coordinate case-related activities between various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
- Maintain case files and track progress toward resolution.
Project Coordination:
- Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals. Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and team communications.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and assisting with resolution.
- Ensure all project activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Resource Management:
- Track and manage resource availability for both case management and project activities.
- Maintain an inventory of resources needed for case management and projects.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present status reports on cases and projects to senior management.
- Ensure that all case and project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and case documentation for audits or compliance checks.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate communication between project teams, CHEP leadership, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, briefings, and presentations related to case and project activities.
Process Improvement:
- Support the development and implementation of best practices and efficiency initiatives.
- All other duties assigned by CHEP leadership team.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in case management, project coordination, or related field.
Skills:
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary between $42,000- $50,000 based on experience.
