Job Description
About the Role:
Provide consulting and operational support to regional sales teams, developing and standardizing technical pre-sales processes to deliver commercially viable digital solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify and advance opportunities, presenting value-driven digital products that address customer supply chain challenges.
Serve as a subject matter expert on IoT, tracking, and item-level asset management, leading pre-sales activities from initial engagement through to proof of concept (POC).
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Build and standardize global pre-sales processes, ensuring consistency across the Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) team and regional CHEP teams.
- Present product offerings and their value to various audiences, including C-level executives, technical teams, and end-users.
- Qualify leads in collaboration with sales teams, contributing to revenue growth by aligning solutions with customer requirements.
- Manage and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and other customer requests, delivering detailed and professional proposals that align with product capabilities.
- Lead customer engagements through product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution-based presentations that address business needs.
- Provide IoT, tracking, and asset management expertise, guiding the pre-sales lifecycle from initial analysis to scoping, prototyping, and solution development.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer goals and recommend tailored solutions that ensure optimal use of products and services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product functionality and technology, ensuring that recommendations are aligned with product advancements and market trends.

Across Brambles, our Digital activity is focused on three ‘Big Rocks’ of Asset Digitization, Digital Customer Solutions & Advanced Analytics. While Asset Digitization and Advanced Analytics are primarily centered on driving internal growth and profitability, the focus of Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) is to drive value for Brambles’ current and future customers by solving their challenges across their supply chains.
The Digital Presales lead is a key role within the DCS global commercial office. Providing consulting and operational support to the regional sales teams. Developing, owning and ensuring technical presales is standardized within the region. This role will work in close partnership with the Regional digital enablement leads, country sales team, product team, portfolio team, implementation team, customer success team and venture leads.
Travel: 30-50%
Location: Remote US Based, Southeast or Eastern US highly preferred
Qualifications/Experience:
- 3 years presales or general sales experience in SaaS, technology or other supply chain solutions in a customer facing organization
- IOT, track and trace, digitalization experience a plus
- Knowledge of key use case categories an advantage (Fresh Category, Promotions, Reusable Asset Management and Optimization, or supply chain generally)
