Open Opportunity for recently graduated - Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Financial-

Open to relocate within Alpharetta or Orlando area.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for providing detailed support via reporting automation, data analysis, reporting and insights (Supply Chain function)

Major / Key Accountabilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, tailored to meet business requirements and drive decision-making.

Implement and optimize data workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Automate, leveraging connectors and APIs to integrate with various systems and applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design solutions that address user needs and drive business value.

Preferable Develop and maintain data models and data transformations using Power Query and other ETL tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Monitor and troubleshoot data solutions, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Provide technical expertise and support to business users, training them on Power BI and Power Automate functionalities and best practices to maximize utilization and adoption.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Business Intelligence and Microsoft technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.

Provides business with analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decision making and in doing so, influences improved business performance and capital allocation decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (recently graduated); Master's Degree preferred (in process)

Proven experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and Automation.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and data management, designing and developing reports, dashboards, using Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

Desirable previous experience with financial data modeling

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate for automating workflows and business processes, including knowledge of connectors, triggers, and actions.

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Azure, Excel, and SharePoint, with the ability to leverage these tools in BI solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and solutions.

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, especially in interpreting complex subjects for partners.

Effective in managing cross functional stakeholders and competing priorities across an entire organization, including senior leaders.

Experience in financial and / or supply chain data analysis tools and techniques preferred. Examples include (but not limited to) : SAP / Business Warehouse, Business Objects / Power BI, QlikView

Knowledgeable in data science tools and techniques preferred. Examples include (but not limited to) :

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, usability principles, and user experience design.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.

Familiarity with data governance, data security, and compliance standards.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and advancements in Business Intelligence and Microsoft technologies.
