As an Evening Customer Service Agent, you will be essential to our operations, ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. This role places you at the heart of our business, directly engaging with our dedicated supply chain team. You'll harness new automation and technology to work smarter and enhance efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate dock operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Work closely with Shift Leads and material handlers to manage pallet movements and product logistics.
- Conduct necessary administrative tasks for shipments, including documenting and verifying contents.
- Prepare essential documents such as work orders and bills of lading for routing materials.
- Maintain constant communication with carrier representatives to arrange shipping and delivery effectively.
- Resolve any customer concerns related to damages, scheduling conflicts, and pickup management.
