Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Westfield, MA . In this role, you will sort pallets for grading while working alongside your team to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sort pallets by hand or using a sit-down forklift as they flow from the loading dock and production line.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during sorting operations.
- Remove debris and trash from pallets to maintain cleanliness.
- Identify and report pallets needing repairs.
