Image Specialist - Sales
Cherie Amour is looking for an Image Specialist to join our sales team! If you love helping others, solving problems, and building lasting customer relationships, this role is perfect for you. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer support and the role it plays in our client's experience.
Responsibilities and Goals:
- Provide a positive experience for our clients while meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
- Overcome objections and become an expert in building custom packages in order to close your sales.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email, text, and live calls quickly and effectively.
- Educate and empower our customers throughout their experience with Cherie Amour.
- Complete marketing callings via our customer outreach program.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate manager or supervisor for support.
- Help develop our Sales team by relaying feedback and insight gained through first-hand experience with our clients.
- Increase customer trust and satisfaction by providing amazing, personal appointments.
Experience and Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to logically solve problems
- Preferable 1 years in an office environment - sales experience greatly appreciated
- Effective time management and organizational skills
