Cherish Hospice is seeking a Spiritual Care Counselor in Canton Ohio.
Spiritual Care Counselor Responsibilities :
- Provide or arrange counseling to meet the spiritual needs of patients, family members, and caregivers in line with their beliefs and the patient's care plan.
- Conduct a spiritual assessment as part of the comprehensive assessment within 5 days of admission to the Hospice Program.
