Director and Asst Director for a Daycare Center

Looking for candidates that can assume these roles : . Leadership & Administration

• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the center.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and financial planning.
• Maintain enrollment and oversee student admissions.2. Curriculum & Program Development
• Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with early childhood development standards.
• Evaluate and improve teaching methods and learning activities.3. Staff Management & Training
• Hire, train, and supervise teachers and support staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and professional development.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.4. Child & Family Engagement
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress.
• Organize parent meetings, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Address concerns and provide support for families.5. Health & Safety Compliance
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for children and staff.
• Implement emergency preparedness plans.
• Monitor children’s well-being and ensure staff follows health guidelines.6. Community & Stakeholder Relations
• Build partnerships with community organizations and schools.
• Advocate for early childhood education programs.
• Seek funding, grants, or sponsorships for program growthRequirements : 1. Must hold a current CDA which has been issued by the “Council for Early Childhood “.2. Have at least 12 semester hours in early childhood education.3. Have at least 4,000 hours of verifiable experience in a childcare facility4. Have at least 1,000 verifiable hours in an admin position or complete courses or training in business admin.5. Hold a current license by the Nevada Registry6. Complete 24 hours of training each year7. Curriculum experience8. Teaching Experience9.
