Job Description:
- As a Project Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing various remodeling projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Produce job cost estimates for remodeling projects & write full, detailed job specifications.
- Present and sell various remodeling projects.
- Production Management - responsible for subcontractors, maintaining a timely production schedule, quality control throughout the project and the profitability of the project.
Specific Duties:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with customer budgets.
- Write full, detailed job specifications, outlining scope of work.
- Lead the coordination of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials specific to the project.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner. Generating and presenting change orders as well as collecting customer billings.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Experience/Requirements:
- Construction Management, AA Degree desired or equivalent practical experience.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Ability to plan ahead, anticipating needs of the project.
- Demonstrates advanced communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent customer service.
- Understands and assists in managing construction schedules with-in budgets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
