Job Summary :
The Lead Man is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the production team at a brick manufacturing facility. This role ensures the efficient and safe production of high-quality bricks by managing workflows, monitoring equipment, and guiding team members. The Lead Man acts as a key link between management and production workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership :
Lead, train, and mentor production staff to achieve daily and long-term production goals.
Supervise production processes, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines and safety standards.
Conduct routine checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
Qualifications :
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
