Job Description
Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Attendant to join our team. This team member will be responsible for maintaining a pristine and inviting casino environment. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and cleaning gaming equipment. The Attendant ensures guest satisfaction by providing a clean, safe, and comfortable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning of office and back-of-house areas.
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect gaming machines, chairs, tables, doors, toilets, sinks, and other frequently touched surfaces.
- Follow company guidelines for cleaning biohazardous spills and adhere to proper cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all work areas.
- Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions within the casino.
- Clean exterior areas of the property as needed.
- Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and extractors.
- Participate in special cleaning projects and perform other duties as assigned.
