Job Description

Cherokee Casino Tahlequah seeks a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team! As a leader, you'll oversee venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and flawless execution. You'll wear many hats, from scheduling and staff development to cost control and inventory management. But most importantly, you'll create a positive, collaborative atmosphere where your team can shine.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate daily operations, keeping everything running smoothly.
Lead by example, fostering a fun, friendly, and efficient work environment.
Hire, train, and develop top talent, empowering them to succeed.
Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.
Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and guests.
Manage budgets and inventory, minimizing costs and maximizing profit.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of food and beverage experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!

Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.

Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.

Must have the ability to acquire a Food Handler's Card.

Ability to obtain a state issued alcoholic beverage license.
