Job Description
Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs is gearing up for an exciting horse racing season and is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Mutuel Tellers to join our team! This role plays a key role in providing a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests by accurately processing wagers, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all racing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Sell and cash horse racing wagers accurately and efficiently.
- Process IRS Mutuel tickets, complete W-2G information, and validate and follow the process for tracking systems.
- Prepare simulcast rooms for daily activities, including setting decoders to the proper channels.
- Print and sell simulcast programs and racing forms.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Adhere to all racing regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
