As a Pool Counter/Pool Snack Shop team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Pool Counter/Pool Snack Shop, ensuring that our members and guests have a delightful experience. You will provide friendly and efficient service, taking orders, preparing delicious snacks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders
• Serve a variety of delicious snacks and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns

Job Requirements:

• Availability for day shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
