MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of administrative assistance experience required. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast- paced environment; exercises good judgement and can make decisions independently; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and has advanced technological skills; detailed oriented; builds effective working relationships with staff and the public.
GOAL
Provides administrative Human Resources (HR) and supports staffing leadership in the areas of hiring, onboarding, substitute management, recruitment, background verification, off-boarding, certification and any area concerning talent management.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide help in screening candidates to build strong pipelines and enable early hiring.
- Assist in planning, implementing and attending a variety of recruitment events.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using a variety of recruitment sources.
- Utilize social media accounts and other digital tools to increase public engagement and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Create appropriate marketing materials and modify materials to match specific audiences.
- Respond to applicant inquiries and assist with managing internal and external communications.
- Collect and analyze data to inform decisions, adjust outreach strategies, support recommendations and prepare reports.
- Assist in managing candidate relationships from the initial point of contact to application completion.
- Use recruitment tools to source talent and post jobs.
- Facilitate screening interview and onboarding appointments.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Successfully and independently, fulfill advanced talent management responsibilities as outlined in the above goal for the position.

Prepare correspondence, articles, reports, manuals and other materials on general or technical subjects; draft routine acknowledgments in response to inquiries not requiring a supervisor’s attention.

Assist with development of departmental budget and tracking and reporting of expenses.

Work cooperatively with employees/stakeholders in the execution of all talent management responsibilities.

Prepare correspondence, articles, reports, manuals and other materials on general or specific talent management topics; draft routine acknowledgments in response to inquiries not requiring a supervisor’s attention.

Examine, check and verify correspondence and reports for completeness and accuracy; determine conformity to established requirements, and personally follow up on the more complicated discrepancies.

Answer telephone, screen callers and refer to appropriate person; greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Handle multiple talent management tasks at any given time. Exercise a significant amount of authority to complete assigned duties with minimal review by the administrator.

Arrange meetings, conferences and trips for administrators.

Maintain data, records, statistics and other information, and prepare reports, as required.

Interact effectively with the general public, staff, students, teachers, parents and administrators, using tact and good judgment.

Operate standard office equipment such as word processor, copier, etc., as well as equipment developed from future technology, as required by the job.

Duplicate, collate, and disseminate written materials to schools and appropriate personnel.

Possess and maintain valid and appropriate license, certificate and/or credential as may be required Follow work scheduling and attendance requirements in a regular, predictable and punctual manner.
