Overview
The On-site Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire and guide teams to achieve the organization's mission while ensuring effective governance and financial sustainability. The On-site Supervisor will work closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, stakeholders, and staff to implement strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
The On-Site Director is responsible for directing, planning with lead teachers and administering all business functions and activities in the daycare consistent with DHS licensing standards. Applicants should have excellent customer/guest relations towards children and their families, visitors and co-workers. Applicants must meet DHS requirements for On-Site Supervisor qualifications including education/training in Early Childhood and experience in childcare, be 21 years of age and have current CPR/First Aid and Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter training. (Training and requirements can be worked on and achieved within the first 3 months of employment).
