Collection Operations Manager - Senior
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to be considered.
Cherokee Analytics is seeking a qualified Collection Operations Manager to assist with training curriculum design and development in support of Space Force Space Operations Command.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Collection Operations Manager - Senior: $124,900
Pay commensurate with experience.

Collection Operations Manager - Senior Responsibilities Include:
- Establish continuity for USSF training
- Assist with training curriculum design and development.
- Conduct training assessments.
- Analyze training evaluations.
- Represent SpOC/S2 at training meetings.
- Evaluate On the Job Training.
- Serve as SME on Cryptologic tools, provide just in time training for Cryptologic tools, manage training aids for Cryptologic toolsets
- Collaborates with collection requirements managers, analytic elements, and consumers to ensure SIGINT ISR collection operations have the necessary focus and guidance to maximize time and resources allocated.
- Applies intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence collectors and consumers of collection developments and relevancy through a range of products.
- Collaborates across the IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing collection operations tailored to the requirements of the customer.
- Works with collectors and all-source analysts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements; and the execution of collection plans and strategies to generate reliable intelligence relevant to consumer needs.
- Produces feedback of findings, identifies collection gaps, related trends, and opportunities; assesses collection options, tests assumptions, and produces judgements, recommendations and solutions to refine collection.
- Produces analyses identifying gaps in collections methods, and models future intelligence collection scenarios for Collection Strategists, Intelligence Planners, and Collection Enterprise Architects.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Collection Operations Manager - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Minimum of twelve years of experience performing duties and responsibilities related to the Collection Operations Manager’s responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Collection Manager’s activities required to meet mission requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
