This position will be supporting the Emergency Response Management and Natural Disaster Recovering efforts. Responsible for the direct management of facilities operations and personnel oversight. Ensure all contract deliverables with third party service providers are met or exceeded including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.

- Supervises project /site managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
- Discovers ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.
- Applies change, risk and resource management principles when needed.
- Ensures program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Keeps senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
- Hires, trains and is a motivating mentor to staff.
- Creates and nurtures effective communication within the organization.
- Builds strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years related experience with government funded programs.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage a staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
- Excellent communication and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and drive results. Moves quickly, is adaptable and thrives in ambiguity.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely at a level appropriate to the target audience.
- Bilingual preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
- Ability to pass a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
