Data Analyst
This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered.
Criterion Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. In this opportunity, the Data Analyst will work with a variety of customers, and customer portfolios from across the client’s enterprise to generate new Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence deployment opportunities and manage existing automation investments. This role will be on a team on a priority client program that is getting high visibility and investment from senior agency leadership. This role will also help in advancing the client, and subsequently the agency, on their Intelligent Automation and AI journey.

Data Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Customer education
- Customer engagement, communication, and documentation
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Facilitation, management, and documentation of process improvement events
- Performance metrics and dashboarding for ROI
- Change management (i.e. sustained process adoption)
- Root cause analysis
- Business process documentation, including technical interfaces
- Special projects (i.e. client web portal content updates)
- Team operations optimization
- QA/QC
- Governance
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Data Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 6 Years of relevant experience
- Critical Thinking
- Ability to lead/manage a working group
- Ability to manage multiple small projects
- Inquisitive and interested in learning more and new things
- Work independently and as a member of a team
- Functional and Operational Requirements gathering and documenting
- Fundamental Process Improvement (i.e. process mapping, value stream & critical path identification and documenting, process redesign)
- Intermediate functional understanding of Intelligent Automation and AI (i.e. identify and/or brainstorm suitable use cases)
- Fundamental technical understanding of Intelligent Automation and AI; how the technology works
- Strong interpersonal and briefing skills for customer engagement and management
- Strong writing skills
- Basic JIRA experience
- Basic Service Now user experience Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
