We are seeking an ATO Support Specialist to navigate the IRS Authorization to Operate (ATO) process. The role includes preparing and reviewing ATO documentation, analyzing legacy Business Master File (BMF) documentation for reuse, and coordinating with security partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely submission and tracking of Security Change Management Requests and provide updates on the ATO process via IMS on a weekly basis.
Compensation & Benefits :
Estimated Starting Salary Range for ATO Support Specialist : $135K- $150K
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
ATO Support Specialist Responsibilities Include :
- Navigate the IRS ATO process, including preparing ATO documentation.
- Review legacy BMF documentation and analyze potential reuse for BMF Mod.
- Coordinate with security partners to ensure documentation is accurate, reviewed, and signed.
- Provide weekly updates in IMS to reflect the ATO process.
- Collaborate with ISSOs, clients, and vendor partners to prepare, submit, and track Security Change Management Requests.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
