Pay commensurate with experience.

Operations Coordinator (Deputy Project Manager) Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, organize, and execute social service events for recently arrived Afghans.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
- Secure venues, transportation, and materials while maintaining budget constraints.
- Oversee on-site logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
- Manage procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Supervise and support a team of Operations Logistics Coordinators.
- Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve future events.
- Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, challenges, and recommendations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Operations Coordinator (Deputy Project Manager) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, event planning, or project management.
- Experience in event coordination, logistics, or community services.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
