QA/QC Coordinator (PMO Team) Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks.
- Assess service delivery compliance and best practices.
- Design and analyze client satisfaction surveys.
- Provide training on QA policies and procedures.
- Assist in policy development for enhanced service delivery.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
QA/QC Coordinator (PMO Team) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in quality assurance and compliance.
- Strong analytical and training skills.
- Knowledge of social service program requirements.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
