This position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Criterion Systems is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer, Expert to design, develop, and maintain advanced cloud-based solutions in support of mission-critical operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in modern software development practices, cloud environments, and collaboration with senior management to deliver cutting-edge technologies.

Software Developer, Expert Responsibilities Include:
- Architect, implement, and maintain cloud solutions within the sponsor's cloud environment.
- Develop and deploy scripts using various programming languages to meet stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals and provide regular updates.
- Document operational concepts and establish standards for tiered maintenance support.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Software Developer, Expert Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Current TS/SCI with polygraph
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 11 years as a software developer with full-time onsite support (9 AM–3 PM core hours).
- Proficient in Java, C#, and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Jenkins).
- Proven ability to architect, implement, and sustain solutions in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Ansible and PowerShell preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Java, C#, Microsoft Certified Engineer, or Microsoft Certified Architect (current within the last 3–5 years) preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
