Access Referral Coordinator
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time, 40/hour per week
Pay starts at $15 an hour with increases available based on performance.
Locations available: Morristown, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing incoming calls to ensure patient access to healthcare services.
- Register patients, schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Responsible for ensuring patient referrals are managed and processed in an effective and timely manner.
- Obtain prior authorizations through insurance companies and schedule patient appointments with specialty practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience in similar roles preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
