Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP)
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time, 40/hour per week
Locations: Chattanooga, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, diagnose and treat conditions, and develop care plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
- Utilize integrated care model to collaborate with healthcare teams, ensuring comprehensive care.
- Document patient interactions and participate in quality improvement initiatives as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Active state licensure and certification.
