Peer Wellness Coach (Behavioral Health)
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time (40/hour per week)
Locations available: Morristown, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Build supportive, trusting relationships with patients based on shared experiences.
- Assist patients in setting and achieving personal wellness and recovery goals.
- Provide guidance on mental health management, stress reduction, self-care, and coping skills.
- Support individuals in overcoming barriers to wellness and accessing necessary services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Be certified as a Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) or be eligible to become one.
- Able to do some travel, mostly local or regional, for training purposes.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
