Cherokee’s legal group handles Michigan workers’ compensation, subrogation, and personal injury protection litigation for over 50 insureds with over 5,000 drivers and warehouse employees. Our team :
- Handles workers’ compensation hearings in all Michigan workers’ compensation bureaus throughout the state.
- Handles Michigan no-fault litigation in all Michigan courts including the Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Court of Appeals.
- Provides legal guidance and advice to our workers’ compensation and personal injury protection claims staff as well as over 50 transportation insured customers.
- Offers legal support, research, defense assistance, and management of outside counsel for nationwide 3rd party trucking and logistics claims.
