Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is looking for Part-time Barbacks to play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the beverage service areas. This position involves stocking all necessary supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
- Stock all forms of beer, wine, liquor, juice, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Stock other dry goods and perishable supplies.
- Ensure all perishable items are properly dated and maintained for freshness.
- Sweep and mop floors daily.
- Remove trash throughout the shift.
- Ensure adequate supplies of soaps, sanitizers, and paper towels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
- Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
