Cage-Player Services Supervisor

Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson is searching for a dynamic and resourceful Supervisor to oversee our Player Services and Cage activities while ensuring every guest and employee feels like a VIP. In this role you will be the mastermind behind a smooth-running cage, ensuring efficient operations and responsible gaming practices.

Work will be performed in various settings, from climate-controlled office environments to the bustling casino floors, where you'll encounter the excitement of crowd noise and second-hand smoke.

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 50 pounds.

• Implement and manage our rewards program, ensuring guests feel valued and engaged.
• Build strong connections with management, staff, and guests, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive consistent adherence to our high service standards, ensuring every interaction is a delight.
• Analyze reports, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to optimize performance.
• Oversee ATM and kiosk cash levels, manage staff closeouts, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Verify funds, report currency information, and safeguard sensitive casino and guest data.
• Issue winning checks and distribute paperwork, making every lucky moment a celebration.
• Coordinate and audit operational and promotional stock, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
• Be a champion of confidentiality, protecting sensitive casino and guest information with unwavering vigilance.

• We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and/or 1-3 years of cash handling and/or customer service experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
• Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills including knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
