HWY 66 Diner at Hard Rock Casino & Hotel Tulsa is hiring Part-time Diner Hosts to provide outstanding service to guests in the diner, ensuring their food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and promptly. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle financial transactions, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate and serve all food and beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification for age verification.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for the service station and shared areas.
- Answer incoming calls and take reservations accurately, as needed.
- Perform financial transactions and process guest payments efficiently.
- Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment for guests and team members.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of serving experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and kneel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in climate-controlled environments and casino floors with exposure to smoke and noise.
