The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a seasonal Pool Barback to be responsible for the behind-the-scenes support that keeps the pool bar operational. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Stock all beer, wine, liquor, juice, and non-alcoholic beverages for pool beverage venues and storage areas.
- Stock dry goods and perishable supplies, ensuring freshness and proper dating.
- Sweep and mop floors daily.
- Remove trash throughout the shift and clean trash cans.
- Ensure adequate stock of soaps, sanitizers, and paper towels.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for the bar station and shared areas.
- Clean, wash, and stock glassware and bar supplies.
- Promote a fun, friendly, and safe environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Entry-level position; no prior work experience required.
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and kneel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in climate-controlled environments and casino floors with exposure to smoke and noise.
