Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive gaming experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process wagers and payouts in accordance with department policy and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and banking transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of the Racing and Sportsbook area.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Six (6) months of cash-handling experience.
- Experience in race and sportsbook.
- Experience in a similar resort environment.
- Bilingual, with English as a primary or secondary language.
