About the Position:
In this role, you will work closely with a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver physical therapy treatments as ordered by physicians and outlined in patient care plans. Your primary responsibility will be to administer physical therapy services, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care possible.
Responsibilities:
- Administer physical therapy treatments to patients in their place of residence
- Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT)
- Participate in patient assessment and goal setting to ensure effective treatment planning
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
- Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Two years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
