- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including:
- Making beds
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Replenishing guest amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.)
- Respond to guest requests and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash and linen properly.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
