Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is looking for a Full-time Housekeeping Porter to provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, delivering amenities, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment throughout the hotel. This position requires physical stamina, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, including transporting luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Deliver guest amenities such as extra towels, toiletries, and other requested items.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and other items.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
