ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shadows doctors and clinical practitioners during rounds or patient visits in order to accurately document the information presented by the patient and to the patient.- Records patient summaries, patient history, lab results, imaging results, and impressions made by the practitioner in the patient record
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
Performs work under direct supervision.- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a high school diploma.- At least 2 years of related experience
COMPETENCIES

- Oral and written communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
May be required to meet and maintain periodic background investigation and adjudication for child care.
