As the level of regulatory and business complexity has surged, so has the need for specialized knowledge and focus. We have organized our firm to achieve that goal, providing our clients with deep knowledge, expertise, and approaches in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk Management, and Operations and Process Improvement through our Risk Advisory Services practice. To support our continued growth, an opportunity has been created for a Manager to join our team servicing banks and financial institutions. As a Manager, you can expect to support the performance of an array of internal audit and advisory engagements (i.e. loan review, credit administration, current expected credit losses (CECL), interest rate risk (IRR), asset liability management (ALM), call report, FDICIA / SOX control testing, etc.) while working closely with a strong leadership team and professional peers committed to providing high quality client service.
While this role will require occasional travel to support the onsite needs of our clients, the position offers hybrid flexibility to qualified candidates within proximity of either our Louisville or Lexington office. As a Manager, you will :
- Work individually or as part of a team to provide execution on multiple client engagements concurrently
- Manage, quality control, present and deliver internal audit and advisory related risk management projects to our clients in the financial services / banking industries
- Perform audits of various internal departments, reporting to senior management key findings and resolving any issues that may not be compliant with Federal and State laws
- Monitor progression of audit assignments while operating effectively within the allotted budget and time frames
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction on engagements by providing value to our clients
- Encourage and promote additional services to the clients as needed

The salary range for this position is $92,625 to $142,500. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
