The position, which requires having an active CPA license, will be primarily focused on clients in the Charlotte area and limited travel (25%) should be expected.

- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates
- Experience with Business combinations
- 5 years of experience in public accounting.
- Private equity entities experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting. Masters preferred.
- Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license.
