Sage X3 Functional Consultant

Cherry Bekaert Advisory is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Functional Senior Consultant to join our Implementation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation & support of Sage X3, working with Clients to analyze business processes, configure the software to meet their needs, and ensure successful system integration.

Required Experience:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with clients to understand their distribution and supply chain processes, identifying pain points, and gathering detailed requirements for system customization.
• System Configuration: Customizing the ERP software's distribution and supply chain modules to align with the client's business processes. This could involve setting up inventory management, order processing, shipping, logistics, and other relevant functionalities.
• Business Process Mapping: Analyzing the client's existing distribution workflows and mapping them onto the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Designing test scenarios, conducting testing, and ensuring that the configured system works correctly and efficiently. This might involve identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
• Training: Training end-users and client personnel on how to use the distribution and supply chain functionalities of the ERP system effectively.
• Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues that arise after implementation, and assisting with system updates and enhancements.
• Documentation: Creating documentation that outlines the customized distribution processes, configurations, and workflows within the ERP system.
  
  

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must successfully communicate with clients & engagement teams on all aspects surrounding the implementation and support of Sage X3 including: Configuration, Process Mapping, Testing & QA, Training, Support & Maintenance, Documentation and Reporting.

This position requires creative skills typically demonstrated by imagination or intellect involved with the analysis of client issues. This individual must be capable of working within a team and be committed to growing our business and demonstrate the values of our organization.

• Requirements: 4 years’ experience implementation & integration support of Sage X3
• Bachelor’s Degree Required (MBA or CPA preferred)
• X3 Certification(s) preferred
• Ability to travel up to 30%

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:

$79,000 to $155,000
