Job Summary
The Tax Growth Solutions Leader will be responsible for driving growth solutions development in core and strategic tax, working closely with the Managing Partner – Tax Services. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Solution Development: Develop process models for packaged solution sets across existing tax service offerings, collaborating with key leaders and teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Service Line Leaders to ensure effective delivery of solution sets.
- Work closely with Strategic Tax Domain Leaders to drive innovation and growth in strategic tax areas.
- Collaborate with Industry Practice Leaders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of tax services.
New Offerings: Create and launch external-to-internal approaches to innovate new tax offerings and/or bundled tax and advisory services, working closely with Growth Operations to monitor success.
Communication & Education Strategy: Develop and drive a comprehensive communication and education strategy for tax services, aligning with business objectives and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
