Cherry Brook is a 100 bed skilled nursing facility in Canton, CT. Rated 5 stars, we're looking to add 16 hours per week of support to our MDS department. This position can be a nurse or non-nurse, but would work in harmony with the two MDS nurses we have. Must have experience working in an MDS department.

As an MDS (Minimum Data Set) Staff Member Cherry Brook Health Care Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of resident assessments.
