Operations Manager – Specialty Coffee Roaster

Are you a seasoned operations leader with a passion for specialty coffee? We are a growing coffee roasting company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Roastery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys optimizing processes, and is committed to delivering high-quality coffee to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and support the roasting, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Production & Logistics: Manage coffee roasting schedules, inventory, order fulfillment, and wholesale shipments.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement systems to enhance efficiency, quality control, and cost management.
- Sales & Growth: Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer orders are met and wholesale partnerships are supported.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high product standards and compliance with industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- roasting, food production, or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in production planning, logistics, and team coordination.
- A passion for specialty coffee and knowledge of roasting operations is a plus!
