Job title: Specialty Clinic Manager
Job Status: Salary/Exempt Full-Time
Position Summary
The Specialty Clinic Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and operations at the specialty clinic of CCH to ensure the provision of high-quality service at Cherry County Hospital and Clinic.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages daily operations at physician offices and clinic sites and coordinates work activities
- Manages schedules of physicians and staff in as many as 17 clinics with room to expand
- Ensures resources including office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are provided
- Manages all functions of the financial and patient management system at physician offices
- Ensures compliance with all system-wide/departmental policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality, as well as compliance with requirements of appropriate regulatory agencies
- Integrates new physicians into the Cherry County Hospital family
- Develops quality controls and monitor practice specific benchmarks inclusive of point of service
- Champions patient experience; develops and maintains a patient-centric culture centered around workflows, wait times, and throughput
- Works with senior management to prepare budgets, and ensures operations are aligned with organizational objectives and meets performance and budget objectives
- Recruits, hires, train, and supervises assigned personnel, including responsibility for performance evaluations, merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions of staff
- Identifies and resolves work problems to ensure quality patient service
- Communicates effectively with senior management and physicians providing regular updates on operations to CNO and Senior Leadership Team
- Ensures the confidentiality of patients’ medical, personal, and financial records is maintained
- Knowledgeable of and committed to practicing Corporate Compliance policies and procedures
- Complies with Cherry County Hospital personnel policies
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Able to spend time prolonged time standing or sitting
- Able to complete repetitive movements of the hands and upper extremities
- Able move equipment such as audiovisual equipment, training aids, and computers
- Must be latex tolerant
- Must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health, or business administration
- At least one year of experience in the multi-specialty practice setting
