Job Summary
Cherry Creek Country Club is a private, gated community surrounded by a high-end golf course in Denver. There are several HOA’s and private residences within the community. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Landscape Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, driving business growth, and managing the team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication and organization skills to ensure expectations are met or exceeded, and client satisfaction and retention. We are unique in that we do not perform work outside of our gates, so great relationships with current and potential clients within the community is a must.
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within community to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement Plant Health Care Programs
- Conduct walkthroughs of communities and residences regularly to ensure we are meeting or exceeding their high standards. Report to Director and/or Community Manager any issues, concerns or enhancements.
- Manage irrigation systems, including pump stations, and programming of controllers to ensure proper moisture requirements.
- Manage teams including scheduling, hiring, firing and employee reviews
- Responsible for leading snow removal operations throughout the community and ice management to keep the community safe.
- Ability to create landscape designs to achieve clients needs
- Facilitate design and installation of holiday lights
- Determine costs of projects in order to put together accurate estimates
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plant material, routine plant health care including pruning, fertilizing and disease/pest treatments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Email communication and follow up is required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
- Experience working with high-end clientele, detail oriented and able to follow direction and plans
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Horticulture, Turf Management or other related field
· Significant experience in the Landscape Industry or related fields
· Able to effectively communicate in Spanish
· Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be a team player
