JOB SUMMARY : The FNS Commercial Kitchen Repair Technician is responsible for repair and preventative maintenance of all Food and Nutrition Services commercial food service equipment districtwide in conjunction and collaboration with contracted repair vendors. This position handles all urgent and emergency issues to ensure kitchen staff can prepare and provide equal access to meals districtwide. This position is responsible for effectively communicating and developing positive relationships with kitchen staff, SNC Staff, community and school staff members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : The minimum prerequisites of formal education, professional work experience, certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, trainings, and other criteria that a candidate must fulfill to be considered for a position. It is essential that certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, and trainings are fulfilled, valid, and not expired.
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
- High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
- Three (3) years in commercial kitchen equipment repair
- Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Must meet District insurability standards.
